WINTER 2014 ICE CONDITIONS

 Most of the lake is still open. The bays and  some of the east end are frozen over, making 2/10th of the lake  frozen. Caution is always  recommended on  fresh ice.
 We are anticipating ice over deep water soon. The forecast is for more cold weather.
. We are looking forward to getting a start with the lake trout fishing on opening day Sat. Jan. 4th.
